Hot Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs

This was our rather decadent breakfast this morning but would work well as a light supper too.  No recipe to follow today as everyone knows how to make scrambled eggs.  All I did was to gently warm the salmon, bought from Bewdley market and placed on a plate with the creamy eggs and sprinkled with some spring onions.  Ta dah!
