Armenian Filo Pie

We're back from our holiday, relishing  being back in WiFi land looking forward to posting.  I have just tried this amazing pie that Malin from Hopley's Farm Shop shared with me.  I warmed it up slightly and it was packed full of flavour and made a super lunch served with some tomatoes.  I now need to find the recipe and have a go myself.  Lots more to follow once I've caught up on the washing!
