Cheese Sauce News

Crikey, what a revelation...... Usually when making a cheese sauce I make a roux and do all the stir, stir, stir until your arm is almost dropping off (as taught by Miss Maplethorpe all those years ago)  The method in the recipe I posted earlier makes it so much easier by using an electric whisk.  Doh..... why didn't I know about this before?
