Jamaican Jerk Potato Wedges

Great finger food using ready made jerk seasoning to spice up and add some zing  to a family favourite.  They go really well with spare ribs or chicken drumsticks too.  The kids will love it!  This should be enough to fill 2 large bowls and a hungry family.

Ingredients
About 1.5kg Desirée potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
284ml tub sour cream or natural yoghurt, to serve
2 limes, cut into wedges, to garnish
Reggae reggae sauce, optional, but always a hit with my gang

Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C.  Wash and dry the potatoes, cut into long, thin wedges and put into a large bowl. Add the oil and jerk seasoning, and toss. Divide between 2 roasting tins and cook for 30-35 minutes or until crisp and golden, giving them a good shake occasionally. Drain on kitchen paper.
Serve hot in paper cups or bowls, with the sour cream to dip and lime wedges to squeeze over.
