Planning ahead
I'm looking forward to the Steak in Pitta and Salad tonight followed by the lovely Rossa Ice cream with Raspberries. The recipes for the rest of this short week are in the shopping bag, literally.
Wednesday -Tuna Salad Nicoise with Asparagus instead of french beans
Thursday - Beans on Toast - honest!
Friday - Pete's Lamb Curry from the freezer
Saturday - I'm hoping my Hubby will take me out after we've been to meet Hugo the puppy. If not, it will be something with an Oriental vibe, Yuk Sung always makes great finger food, perhaps with some sticky spare ribs and fried rice
Sunday - Sunday Lunch at +The Hop Pole Bewdley.
