Family Sharing Platter

Feeling peckish?  This is a family 'help yourself' platter of foods we love.  No cooking involved, just some peeling, chopping and slicing.

Ingredients
1 saucisson sec, sliced or parma ham slices
Figs
Melon slices
Crusty bread
Cherry tomatoes
Asparagus spears, trimmed and served either cooked or raw
Olives, black and green
Hummus and Grissini
Sun dried tomatoes in oil
Snoggable garlic cloves
Carrot, cucumber and celery sticks
Extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar in small bowls for dipping.

Method
Tomatoes
12 cherry tomatoes, halved and drizzled with olive oil and some crushed garlic, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.  Add some thin slices of red onion too if you have some to hand.   Mix it all together in a bowl.  It tastes better at room temperature.

Arrange the other ingredients on a large platter or tray with the Baked Camembert I posted earlier and let everyone tuck in.
