BBQ Part Deux

Late posting as I've been so busy enjoying myself.   The BBQ with the tandoori chicken was scrummy but I added in a few extras that I'd like to share.  So I opted for extra chicken and went for Herb and Garlic Drumsticks.  I used loads of rapeseed oil and masses of herbs from the garden and left it to brew for an hour before Hubby cooked it on the BBQ.  To go with it there were amazing roasted vegetables, red pepper, tomatoes, fennel, courgettes, aubergine and asparagus smothered in olive oil and loads of garlic.  It was finished off with a pan of jersey royals, butter and chives.  Guess what, it went down quite well!
