Oh, I have a blinder for Saturday Night Supper

It's quite sad but I am so excited about this sauce. This is the ultimate Red Thai Curry Cheat!  I only discovered it very recently.  It works with chicken, prawns or simply fresh vegetables.  I've prepped the blog and will post tomorrow.  I want to try the other sauces too.  If anyone has then please let me know your thoughts.
