Incredible Rossa ice cream

I met James from Rossa Ice Cream at a tasting session +Hopley's Farm Shop over the weekend.  I am not normally a pudding person as you can probably tell from my blog however, this was divine.  I tried the Black Cherry and then the Creme Caramel.  I wanted to buy both but eventually plumped for the Creme Caramel.  We'll have some tonight with fresh raspberries.
